The present academic assignment, Nursing care for patient with trauma cervical medullary vertebra, emergency Services, Central Policia Nacional of Peru, Luis Nicasio Sáenz, Hospital, 2017;with detail review of biography and the application in the nursing care process with cervical medullary vertebra trauma; which the presentation contain a details of diagnostic methods, treatment and Basic nursing care. The purpose is to establish protocols for nursing intervention in emergencies. It was carry out at Central PNP, Luís Nicasio Sáenz,Hospital , 2017. The most important principle in the face for emergency of spinal injuries is to avoid unnecessary movements that could cause a major irreparable damage. Spinal injuries mainly affect young adult’s productive age. Nursing care for this type patient is to prevent complications. However, it is to provide a humanized care for bereaved patient with a good assessment, provide their potential to support and motivate them to take advantage, maximum capacity and ability for looking forward of their independence. Finally, there is a nursing care process that begins with an assessment by using a data collection techniques, prior analysis , synthesis , formulate , prioritize nursing diagnosis , planning nurse care, nursing interventions with scientific rigor and nursing evaluation. Concluding: The cervical medullary vertebra traumatism is acute injury that affects the spine and/or the spinal cord producing a change, temporal or permanent injury. It is a vital importance to protect the spine for any type of injury using of cervical stabilizers or collars are vital importance for normal function in sensory, motor and/or autonomic level
