The objective of this research is to determine the level of work absenteeism of the administrative staff of the Anglo American Clinic in the city of Lima, 2018. The study corresponds to a descriptive, basic level research with a quantitative approach according to the management of the data. The research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional. The universe of the population is made up of 350 administrative workers of the Anglo American Clinic and the sample consisted of 120 workers. The technique used for the collection of the information was the survey and the instrument used was the Opinion Factor Questionnaire on Labor Absenteeism. The results of the investigation determined that according to the predominant level presented in each of the dimensions was: 59% high in the personal factor, 49% moderate in the business factor, 35% low in the occupational risk factor, 73% moderate in the legal absenteeism, 54% moderate in voluntary absenteeism, 57% moderate in voluntary absenteeism, 99% moderate in absenteeism for known and ignored reasons. The conclusion reached was that the work absenteeism presented by the administrative collaborators of the Anglo American Clinic is of a moderate level by 88%, due to the different factors and types of work absenteeism, with a predominant tendency in personal factors.
