The present investigation "Level of job satisfaction and resilience in the nurses of the emergency service, Hospital El Carmen Huancayo, 2018", the objective was to determine the relationship that exists between the level of job satisfaction and Resilience in the Nurses of the place where performs the study. Descriptive-correlative quantitative research, non-experimental design, cross section, with population and sample 36. To collect the information, the instrument was the questionnaire, for the first variable the reliability was 0.980, and for the second variable was 0.820, the instrument was adequate by the researcher. Results: In job satisfaction the most relevant is the low level 24 (66, 7%), in the resilience is in the medium level 33 (91.7%) and in its dimensions: Personal satisfaction is in the middle level 30 (83.3%), equanimity average level 33 (97.7%), Feeling good only average level 20 (55.6%), self-confidence average level 31 (86.1%) and perseverance medium level 33 (91.7%) We conclude that there is a direct and significant relationship between job satisfaction and Resilience. I recommend that the Head of the Hospital, make a reorganization of nursing work to avoid physical, mental and job satisfaction.
