Fenecimiento de la sociedad de gananciales y sus efectos en la herencia en la legislación civil peruana

Abstract

Al momento de contraer matrimonio, las parejas pueden optar por dos opciones o regímenes como es la sociedad de gananciales, el cual es una modalidad que establece ley, con el fin de regular la propiedad de los bienes y derechos que se adquirirán durante el matrimonio, el cual comenzará a regirse a la celebración del mismo. El objetivo general del trabajo de investigación fue determinar si el fenecimiento de la sociedad de gananciales, tiene efectos en la herencia en la Legislación Civil Peruana.

At the time of marriage, couples can opt for two options or regimes such as the partnership, which is a form established by law, in order to regulate ownership of property and rights that will be acquired during the marriage, which will begin to govern the celebration of it. The general objective of the research work was to determine if the decease of the community of acquisitions has effects on the inheritance in the Peruvian Civil Legislation.
