Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versión 23 en español.
The objective of this Thesis was to determine the relationship of technological innovation with police operations, in the area of Metropolitan Lima, in the period of 2011-2016. The population consisted of 38,180 members of the National Police of Peru, who work in areas or operational PNP units of Metropolitan Lima. The sample consisted of 195 Superior and Subaltern PNP officers selected by simple random sampling at 95% reliability. The technique used for the investigation was the Survey. The instrument used to measure the variables was the Questionnaire, consisting of 25 questions. This instrument was submitted to expert judgment to verify its validity. For data processing, inferential statistics was used. The data of the Questionnaire were processed and analyzed, using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23 in Spanish. For the purposes of testing hypotheses, the Spearman Rho nonparametric statistical test was used with an error level of 0.01, using the SPSS version 23. Finally, the conclusions and implications of the results that have been reached in the present investigation, determine that it has been proven that technological innovation is positively related to police operations, in Metropolitan Lima, in the period of 2011-2016.
