Medical deontology is the set of principles and ethical rules that must inspire and guide the professional conduct of the physician. The duties that are imposed oblige all doctors in the exercise of their profession, regardless of the modality. In relation to the general objective of the research work was to determine if the knowledge of the Medical Deontology, affects the professional training of medical interns of the National Hospital Dos de Mayo, 2016. Also, the type of research was explanatory and the application level; on the other hand, the research method and design was expose or retrospective; and in relation to the study population was constituted by Hospital Dos de Mayo - Lima and the sample was of 83 inmates with a probability sampling of 95% of confidence and with a margin of error of 5%. The instruments used for the measurement of the variables were the survey technique with its instrument the questionnaire, which was validated by medical experts to do the evaluation with the Doctors Degree, who gave the criteria and construct validation.
