Anesthesiologists are developed with a high degree of responsibility to the patient, presenting high levels of stress. By the nature of their organizational environment or the working environment, they are surrounded by many pressures; such as high productivity, competitiveness, quality criteria, cost-benefit criteria, excessive working hours and hostile work environment affects their quality of life. The aim of this study is to determine and evaluate the relationship between organizational climate and quality of life of Anesthesiologists Doctors working in hospitals ESSALUD and MINSA. Lima. Perú, 2015. Transversal and descriptive study. They were selected randomly a representative sample of anesthesiologists. Quality of Life of anesthesiologists was evaluated by WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire and another questionnaire to assess organizational climate both validated in Spanish. Data were subjected to analysis to find differences using the Mann Whitney U test to evaluate two groups and Kruskal-Wallis H for more than two groups. The Spearman correlation coefficient was used to find the relationship between Quality of Life and Organizational Climate anesthesiologists study participants who signed an informed consent. The following results were found: a total of 63 anesthesiologists of both sexes belonging to MINSA and ESSALUD were evaluated. 33 (52.38%) were female and 30 (47.62%) males. The mean age and standard deviation of doctors was 45.65 (8.03) years old. Scores found as median (IQR) in their domains were: Physical Health: 56 (12) Psychological Health: 63 (13), Social Relations: 56 (19); Environment: 50 (12). Organizational Climate questionnaire scores by gender median (IQR) in size: Teamwork: 26 (8), Cohesion: 20 (4), Commitment 12 (3) and a total score of 58 (16). In the analysis of correlation between the total score of organizational climate and domains of quality of life it was determined: A value of rho = 0.296 (p = 0.001) between the domain Physics and CO Health and a value of rho = 0.35 (p = 0.004) between the domain environment and CO, the larger and statistically significant coefficients. Conclusion: There is a significant positive relationship between quality of life in its dimensions: Physical Health and Environment with its organizational climate of anesthesiologists
