The following research is non experimental because it is done without manipulating any variable, the facts are observed in their real context, having as a general objective to increase the organizational commitment within the INMAC company of San Isidro district. The sample consisted of 40 employees, both male and female. We used the Meyer and Allen organizational questionnaire (CCO), adapted to the Peruvian population by (Montoya, 2014), which aims to publicize the type of organizational commitment that subjects show with the organization where they work. The results were that there is a value of 62.45 that is classified as average, a minimum value of 51 that is classified as low, and a maximum value of 71 that is classified as high. Regarding the affective commitment, 52.5% of the workers present a favorable level, and 47.5% of the workers present a very favorable level. The result of the commitment of continuity shows 15.0% of the workers that present an unfavorable level, 82.5% of the workers present a favorable level and 2.5% of the workers present a very favorable level. Finally, in terms of regulatory commitment, 72.5% of workers have an unfavorable level, and 27.5% of workers have a favorable level. In the results, low percentages are observed, for this reason it is necessary to carry out the intervention program to increase the organizational commitment.
