The main objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between human creativity and business innovation in the MYPES of the textile sector: Gamarra’s Commercial Emporium Case - 2015, especially in the present, since Peru is seen by the rest of the business world as one of the countries with the best vision for creativity and innovation. Structurally, the research consists of five chapters, conform by: Theoretical Foundations, Problem, Methodology, Interpretation of Results, Contrastation of Hypotheses, Conclusions and Recommendations; supported by a comprehensive Bibliography of Authors specializing in this investigation; as well as their corresponding annexes. On the other hand, as part of the field work, the survey technique and the questionnaire instrument was used through questions, which were applied to owners, owners and partners, whose information was worked on all interpretations, and subsequently Hypothesis tests, for which the Chi-square test was used for the demonstration of the General and Secondary Hypotheses. The conclusions were obtained from each of the hypothesis tests, proving that human creativity is related to business innovation in the MYPES of the textile sector: Gamarra’s Commercial Emporium Case - 2015, and later, recommendations were made to overcome the deficiencies found, in terms of human creativity and business innovation.
