The objective of this research is to identify the level of empowerment of women in the First Level Social Organizations of Mothers Clubs - Carmen Alto District, Huamanga, Ayacucho. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was a questionnaire prepared by Julita Hernández Sánchez and Renán García Falconi (2008). Which consists of 34 items, which are measured with a Likert scale. According to the results, it is concluded that 69% of women have an average level of empowerment, 23% of women have a high level of empowerment, and 9% of women show a low level of empowerment. Regarding the specific results, it is concluded: In the dimension of participatory empowerment, 60% have an average level of empowerment, 31% of women have a high level and 9% of women show a low level. In the recklessness dimension, 49% have a high level, 40% of women have an average level and 11% of women show a low level. In the external influences dimension, 57% have an average level, 29% of women have a high level and 14% of women show a low level. In the independence dimension, 71% have an average level, 29% of women have a high level. In the equality dimension, 69% have an average level, 26% of women have a high level and 6% of women have a low level. In the social satisfaction dimension, 69% have a high level, and 31% of women have an average level. In the security dimension, 66% have an average level, 17% of women have a high level and 17% have a low level.
