The objective of this study was to determine the levels of happiness presented by workers in the administrative area of a private company in Metropolitan Lima, for which the use of the happiness scale of Reynaldo Alarcón (2006) is considered appropriate. It was applied in 57 workers of this enclosure located in Metropolitan Lima. The research is of a quantitative, descriptive type and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The results reveal that 45% of the sample has a level of Happiness "High". Regarding the dimensions, in the positive Sense Dimension, the sample shows that 77.6% is within the category "Medium Happy". In the Satisfaction with Life dimension, the results reveal that 50% is considered within the "Happy" category. In the Personal Achievement Dimension, the results reveal that 59% is considered in the "Happy" category. In the Joy of Living dimension, the results reveal that 78% is considered within the "Highly Happy" category. Conclusions: The majority of evaluated externalize a mental state composed of positive emotions. Recommendations: It is recommended the implementation and execution of an intervention workshop in which the employees of the administrative area participate in order to maintain or improve the perception of Happiness in the employees of the company.
