Clima social familiar y autoconcepto en estudiantes del cuarto grado de educación secundaria de la Institución Educativa Maestro Redentor – Huancayo

Abstract

Se investigó la correlación entre las dos variables de estudio autoconcepto y clima social familiar en estudiantes del cuarto de secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Maestro Redentor” en Huancayo - Junín; para así conocer la posible relación entre estas dos variables y dicho nivel de correlación. En tal sentido, para ejecutar la investigación se trabajó con una muestra conformada por 60 estudiantes entre varones y mujeres, de los 14 a los 16 años (M= 15 años); bajo el diseño transversal, descriptivo correlacional. Para la evaluación se manejó la Escala de Clima Social en la Familia (FES) y el Cuestionario de Autoconcepto de Garley (CAG). Se obtuvo como resultado (Rho= 0.48; p>0.01) que efectivamente existe una relación significativa entre ambas variables. Por lo que, estos resultados guardan concordancia con los obtenidos por otros investigadores, tal como se demuestra en el capítulo de discusión de resultados.

We investigated the correlation between the two variables of self-concept study and family social climate in students of the fourth year of high school of the Educational Institution "Master Redentor" in Huancayo - Junín; in order to know the possible relationship between these two variables and this level of correlation. In this sense, to execute the research we worked with a sample consisting of 60 students between men and women, from 14 to 16 years old (M = 15 years old); under the transversal, descriptive correlational design. The Social Climate in the Family Scale (FES) and the Garley Self-Concept Questionnaire (CAG) were used for the evaluation. It was obtained as a result (Rho = 0.48, p> 0.01) that there is indeed a significant relationship between both variables. Therefore, these results are consistent with those obtained by other researchers, as shown in the chapter discussing results.
