In the following research on the relationship between attitudes towards personal respiratory protection measures for the prevention of tuberculosis and compliance by licensed nurses in emergency service Sergio E. Bernales Hospital 2016. This study is the type of applied research with descriptive level; descriptive method and design, descriptive correlational. We worked with a sample of 60 nursing graduates Emergency Service Hospital Sergio E. Bernales. a questionnaire of 23 questions about attitudes licensed nursing measures against respiratory protective person was given. Also a checklist for recording compliance with measures of personal respiratory protection was used. For statistical analysis, frequency tables and constratación hypotheses were developed, was employed Pearson's linear correlation with a significance level of p <0,01.Esto indicates that there is a correlation between the two variables. Data analysis showed that there is 60% of favorable attitudes in the cognitive component; 73.3% have moderately favorable attitudes on the affective component; 70% have favorable attitudes in the behavioral component. In conclusion, there is a direct relationship between attitudes towards personal protective measures for the prevention of tuberculosis and compliance of the Licensed Nursing.
