The present academical research have had as an objective to determine the relationship that exist between sociocultural factors and breastfeeding exclusivity in teen mothers at Condorillo Health Center in Chincha, 2019. The investigation follow the league of quantitative type, applicable type and non experimental design. The study sample consisted by 45 mothers who pass through the questionnaire. The results showed that the 28.89% of the mothers have a good level in relation to the variable ¨sociocultural factors¨, the 5.56% a regular level and the 15.56% a bad level. On the other side, for the variable of ¨exclusivity of breastfeeding¨ the results were that the 31.11% has a good level, the 51.11% a regular level and the 17.78% a god level. So, it concluded that exist a direct relationship between sociocultural factors and exclusivity of breastfeeding according to Spearman's Rho which it obtained a degree of 0.665. Finally, it suggested to the nursery professional stuff to develop educational strategies for boost the knowledge in teen mothers in relation to exclusivity of breastfeeding considering their sociocultural characteristics which are the ones the are going to determine their promotionals activities regarding the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, so in this way it will increase the practice for the ideal growth and development of the child.
