The objective of the present investigation was to determine the level of satisfaction in terms of quality of life, in chronic renal outpatients treated in a national hospital in the district of Callao. The research is descriptive and was made up of 50 participants between men and women whose ages range from 40 to 80 years, which are chronic renal outpatients. The instrument was applied: Quality of life scale, adapted in Peru by Mirian Grimaldo, this test measures seven dimensions, economic well-being, friends, neighborhood and community, family life and extended family, education and leisure, media, religion and Health. The results obtained show that more than 50% of chronic renal patients have a tendency to low quality of life, while 32.0% are in the category of poor quality of life, 6.0% have a tendency to good quality of life and the last 6.0% of chronic renal patients is classified in the optimal quality of life category.
