Desempeño laboral y la responsabilidad social empresarial como ventaja competitiva en la empresa “nilchris Perú S.A.C

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar la relación del desempeño laboral con la responsabilidad social empresarial como ventaja competitiva de la empresa “NILCHRIS PERU S.A.C”. Respecto a los aspectos metodológicos del trabajo, el tipo de investigación fue el descriptivo y el nivel aplicado. La población estuvo constituida por los 59 trabajadores de la empresa “NILCHRIS PERU S.A.C”.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between job performance and corporate social responsibility as a competitive advantage of the company "NILCHRIS PERU S.A.C". Regarding the methodological aspects of the work, the type of research was the descriptive and the applied level. The population was constituted by the 59 workers of the company "NILCHRIS-PERU S.A.C".
