The objective of this research is to determine the level of quality of family life presented by patients with disabilities who attend the Social Work Service of the Hospital de Rehabilitación del Callao, Period 2018. The study corresponds to a descriptive, basic and with a quantitative approach according to the handling of the data. The research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional. The universe consisted of approximately 130 patients who attended the Social Work service of the Rehabilitation Hospital of Callao and the census sample was 55 patients, which was determined under the design of simple random sampling (MAS) and for better effects. Handling of the amount of the data was applied the correction sample by finitude. The technique used to collect the information was the survey and the instrument used was the Family Quality of Life Scale. The conclusion reached was that the quality of family life of patients with disabilities who go to the Social Work service of the Hospital de Rehabilitación del Callao is 51% regular product to a set of factors that go through families that do not favors in the achievement of general welfare
