Estresores sociales y el estrés ocupacional del profesional de enfermería de centro quirúrgico de la clínica internacional, 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico es un proyecto de investigación que se realizó en el servicio de centro quirúrgico de la clínica Internacional. Los objetivos fueron encaminados a determinar la influencia de los estresores sociales en el estrés ocupacional del profesional de enfermería de centro quirúrgico de la clínica Internacional. Es un estudio descriptivo, correlacional, cuantitativo, la muestra estuvo constituida por 24 profesionales de enfermería. Para lograr los objetivos propuestos, fue necesario realizar una revisión bibliográfica sobre diferentes autores y diferentes fuentes, consultas en el tema de la importancia de estresores sociales y estrés ocupacional que està sometido el profesional de enfermería en su trabajo cotidiano, derivado de las presiones internas y externas, con el propósito de reforzar las estrategias positivas y plantear nuevas estrategias de afrontamiento al estrés. Asimismo, servirá de base para nuevos estudios.

The present academical work is an investigation plan which was created with a purpose and, also, have had as an objective to determine the influence of social stressors on the occupational stress of the nursing professional of the International Clinic surgical center. In addition, it is a descriptive study, correlational, quantitative. Also, the study sample were constituted by 24 nursing professionals. To achieve the posed goals, it was necessary to carry out a bibliographical review of different authors and different sources, consultations on the importance of social stressors, their nature and origin, and the occupational stress that the nursing professional are subjected to in their daily work, originated of internal and external pressures with the purpose to reinforce positives strategies and proposing new confronting strategies, coping resources and social support. Additionally, it will be used as a basis for news studies.
