Nivel de conocimiento sobre VIH/sida y conductas sexuales en adolescentes de la institución educativa Santa Ana. Chincha Alta. 2018

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre VIH/SIDA y conductas sexuales en adolescentes de cuarto año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Santa Ana Chincha Alta 2018, la investigación cuantitativa de método descriptivo y diseño correlacional, trabajo con 148 estudiantes mediante los instrumentos, con una confiabilidad de K de Richardson del 0,867 y 8.81. Como resultados se observó que el 45.95% posee un conocimiento medio sobre el VIH/SIDA, el 31.76% un conocimiento bajo y solo el 22.30% un conocimiento alto, así mismo se pudo observar el 48.65% posee conductas sexuales regulares, el 31.08% conductas sexuales buenas y solo el 20.27% conductas sexuales malas. Se concluyó que existe una relación significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre VIH/SIDA y conductas sexuales. Se recomendó al director de la institución educativa coordinar con el puesto o establecimiento de salud más cercano a su institución para realizar charlas periódicas sobre enfermedades de transmisión sexual y sexualidad en la adolescencia, con participación del psicólogo de la institución o del establecimiento de salud, para lograr de esta forma una conciencia más informada del adolescente que logre cavar en él una prevención en su salud sexual y desarrollo psicológico que le permita tomar las decisiones correctas en su salud.

The research was aimed at determining the relationship between the level of knowledge on HIV/AIDS and sexual behaviors in fourth-year high school adolescents of the educational institution Santa Ana Chincha Alta 2018, quantitative research Descriptive method and correlational design, working with 148 students through the instruments, with a reliability of K of Richardson of 0.867 and 8.81. As results it was observed that 45.95% has an average knowledge about HIV/AIDS, 31.76% a low knowledge and only 22.30% a high knowledge, likewise could be observed the 48.65% possesses regular sexual behaviors, the 31.08% good sexual behaviors and only 20.27% bad sexual behaviors. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge on HIV/AIDS and sexual behaviors. The director of the educational institution was recommended to coordinate with the position or health establishment closest to his institution to conduct regular lectures on sexually transmitted diseases and sexuality in adolescence, with the participation of Psychologist of the institution or the establishment of health, to achieve in this way a more informed awareness of the adolescent that manages to dig in him a prevention in his sexual health and psychological development that allows him to make the correct decisions in his health.
