The majority of oral problems of children has its origin in the whole process of development. There are injuries or abnormalities that may be present at birth or are watching during its growth. Some disorders are inherited and in many cases the etiology is unknown, although they may not be aware of the cause of the majority of the anomalies if we know how to diagnose and treat it, in many cases the multidisciplinary assistance is required of the maxillofacial surgeons, orthodontists. This work includes the anomalies or oral problems that frequently observed in Pediatric Dentistry, the signs and symptoms for diagnosis and treatment alternatives as in the case of ranula, mucocele, pathological lingual frenulum, supernumerary teeth, teeth, odontomas and indications in the case of an extraction
