Cuidados de enfermería en paciente postoperado de escarectomía y autoinjerto de piel, Unidad de Recuperación - Instituto Nacional del Niño 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico es el caso clínico de un paciente pediátrico post operado de escarectomia y autoinjerto de piel parcial por quemadura de II° y III° del 21% de superficie corporal total, quemadura causada por líquidos calientes, se encuentra en la Unidad de Recuperación Post anestésica del Instituto Nacional de salud del Niño San Borja. El objetivo de este trabajo fue prevenir las complicaciones postoperatorias inmediatas, estandarizando los cuidados de enfermería especializados con protocolos de atención y cuidado humanizado, favoreciendo asì la recuperación del paciente quirúrgico pediátrico. Para el presente caso clínico se empleó el Proceso del cuidado de Enfermería compuesta por 5 fases, sistemática, continuas y se vinculan entre sí. Su aplicación permite al profesional de enfermería especialista en Centro quirúrgico brindar cuidados integrales con un cuidado holístico, se aplicó la taxonomía NANDA, NIC NOC, fundamentado en la Teoría de las 14 necesidades de Virginia Henderson.

The present academic work is a clinical case of a pediatric postoperative patient of escarectomia and autograft of skin by burn of III of 21% of SC, burn caused by hot liquids: it is in the Postanesthesia Recovery Unit of the National Institute of Child Health San Borja. The objective of this work is to prevent immediate postoperative complications through specialized nursing care with quality, favoring the recovery of the pediatric surgical patient through humanized care.For the present of this clinical case it applied the nursing care process, which it is integrated by 5 chapters, methodology. successive and are related to each other. Also, the execution allows the surgical nurse the integrity of the cares covers the interests and needs that the patient manifests for the care of their health. For the realization of this work, the NANDA taxonomy, NIC NOC, based on Virginia Henderson's Theory of the 14 needs, is applied.
