The main objective of the research was to establish the degree of relationship between the management of negotiation styles with the celebration of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the criminal proceedings brought in the Judicial District of Apurímac, year 2017. The method of investigation was the Descriptive, in order to be able to establish new elements that help the postulation of the hypothesis to discover its elements, that is to say its variables were studied, the research design was Not experimental because the social phenomenon was studied as is, developing the type of research was applied, because in this type of research is studied the application of a theoretical basis in a certain problematic reality, being in this case to establish the degree of relationship between the management of styles of negotiation with the celebration of alternative dispute resolution mechanism. The population was finite of 30 prosecutors composed of Provincials, criminal and mixed deputies of the Fiscal District of Apurímac; 2,000 lawyers who work in the Judicial District of Apurímac, and 10 judges who work in the judicial district of Apurímac; with a nonprobabilistic sampling so the researcher will take as sample the following amount; in the prosecutors 50% of the totality of the population, that is to say, 15, for the lawyers the 1% of the totality of the population, that is to say, 20; and for judges 50% of the total population, that is, 5.
