This thesis entitled "Effects of the application of the solution of silver diamine fluoride to 38% in the treatment of carious lesions in enamel and dentin students S.I. "Manuel Scorza" San Martin de Porres. " In terms of methodology, research is experimental, quasi-experimental and experimental, cross-sectional time series design. For data collection technique record clinical and radiographic observation, and survey with a data collection sheet was applied, in addition to the Gold Standard method for topicaciones Diamino Silver Fluoride 38%. To analyze the variables SPSS version 22, level of significance of 5% was used. The results indicated that the application of the solution of silver diamine fluoride was 38% effective in treating carious enamel and dentin lesions students S.I. "Manuel Scorza" San Martin de Porres. A specific level its effectiveness was proven to each carious lesion also radiographically the application of the solution of silver fluoride diamino 38% allowed the effectiveness in treating carious lesions of enamel and dentin.
