Abstract: La tesis titulada “El delito de Estafa y el Principio de Proporcionalidad de la Pena en el Código Penal Peruano vigente”, tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación significativa entre el delito de Estafa y el Principio de Proporcionalidad de la Pena, para lo cual se utilizó la metodología de investigación científica.
A esta investigación se le aplicó el método descriptivo. El universo estuvo conformado por Fiscales, Jueces y Abogados del Distrito judicial de Lima, la población estudiada fue de 200 operadores de justicia entre Fiscales, Jueces y Abogados, y la muestra de 130 profesionales especialistas en derecho penal
The thesis entitled "The crime of fraud and the principle of proportionality of punishment in the current Peruvian penal code," the general objective of the thesis was to determine the significant relationship between the crime of fraud and the principle of proportionality of sentences for which was used the scientific research methodology. This research was applied the descriptive method. The universe was made up of prosecutors, judges and lawyers, from the Judicial District of Lima, the population studied was 200 judicial operators between prosecutors, judges and lawyers, and the sample of 130 specialists in criminal law
