Breast Cancer is a disease that has been increasing through the years and that in our country occupy the second cause of death; the organ that affects is the breast which is closed related to the sense of femininity and if it is necessary it is surgery remove by pathological treatment as part of the treatment. In addition, breast cancer can be invasive or non invasive,the invasive being much more serious, since the cells of this type of cancer can spread to differents parts of the body, even in their vital organs. The academic work entitled ¨ Nursing care for a post- operated immediate Mastectomy patient, was performed in an adult patient who was diagnosticated with medical diagnosis Left Radical Mastectomy + Left Axillary Lymphadenectomy, the study have had as an objective to provide immediate care in the postoperative phase to the patient who has been post operate on Radical Mastectomy. It has been used the Dorothea Orem model, evaluation by Domains. The established methodology was with NANDA in the issuance of diagnoses and Classification of Nursing Results (CNR) and Classification of Nursing Interventions (CNI) for care planning. The clinic reasoning allows us to analyze the relationship that exist between diagnoses and the influence they have with each other which leads the nurse to identify the priority diagnosis. Based on the above it has been developing a care plan that prioritize the most altered needs and specialized interventions. Within the profile of the Licentiate in Nursing Specialist in Oncology, clinical reasoning is the way to structure critical thinking, as a process that grounds specialized care through scientific knowledge, decision making, promptness in the way of thinking, acting and intuition.
