Fondo de compensación municipal e impuesto predial en la provincia de Lima: 2009 - 2017

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación estuvo dirigido a determinar el efecto del Fondo de Compensación Municipal en el impuesto predial de los distritos de la provincia de Lima en el periodo 2009 - 2017. Para llevar a cabo la investigación, se ha utilizado la información registrada de Ingresos de impuesto predial y Foncomun obtenidas en el Portal de Transparencia Económica del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF) respecto de las 42 municipalidades distritales ubicadas en la provincia de Lima, para el periodo 2009-2017, aplicando para el análisis un modelo econométrico con uso de datos de panel haciendo uso del programa estadístico STATA

The objective of the present investigation was directed to determine the effect of the Municipal Compensation Fund in the Property Tax of the districts of the province of Lima in the period 2009 – 2017. To carry out the investigation, the registered information of Property Tax Revenues and Foncomun obtained in the Economic Transparency Portal of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) has been used, about the 42 district municipalities located in the province of Lima, for the period 2009-2017, applying for the analysis an econometric model with the use of panel data using the STATA statistical program.
