It is a research of Descriptive Type that aims to measure or collect information independently on the variables in order to know how they are related; that is, if there is an associative or functional relationship between the Qualitative Variable: Pedagogical Leadership of the Director; and, the Qualitative Variable: Professional Teaching Performance. Given the characteristics of the research, it corresponded to a Transcultural or Correlational-Causal Transversal Design, which was limited to establishing relationships between variables without specifying a sense of causality; that is, it does not pretend to establish a causal relationship, it is only limited to describing the relations between variables only in correlative terms. The population was constituted by 58 members of the educative community; that is to say, by 01 director, 01 deputy director and 56 teachers, 08 of initial education, 24 of primary education and 24 of secondary education. The sample was made up of 56 teachers from all three levels of education. This research study considered nonprobabilistic sampling; that is, of an intentional, intentional or criterial type, where representativeness is given on the basis of a particular opinion or intention of the one who selects the sample. The selected techniques have been the survey and the observation. The instruments were the teacher's questionnaire on pedagogical leadership and the teacher's performance record, which were submitted to a validation process through expert judgment and a study of reliability and validity. The results of the research, according to the Pearson Chi-Square Test, indicate that there is no significant relationship between the director's pedagogical leadership and professional teacher performance.
