The present research aims to study the family functioning applied on working children’s mothers who attend to ‘Crece Felices’ plan, Cercado de Lima - 2019. This thesis is based on Olson's Circumplex Model (1989). The instruments used were Family Cohesion and Adaptability Assessment Scale (PHASES III). The sample consisted on 35 women between 20 and 44 years old who are working children’s mothers who attend to ‘Crecemos Felices’ plan at Cercado de Lima. The collected information was processed through the SPSS software. The study type is descriptive, not experimental, cross-sectional. The obtained results manifest that for family type is Middle Ranged, with 68.60% of the total families evaluated. In terms of dimensions, the result was 68.57% for family cohesion as Disengaged type and 40.00% for Family Adaptability as Structured type, hence the evidence that exist a family dysfunctionality.
