Efectos de la formalización de las micro y pequeñas empresas MYPES comerciales y su incidencia en la recaudación fiscal en el distrito de Los Olivos, periodo 2016-2017

Abstract

La presente Tesis tuvo como objetivo, conocer si la formalización de las MYPES comerciales y la recaudación fiscal tiene relación para el desarrollo de la comunidad del Distrito de Los Olivos. En tal sentido se aplicaron 113 cuestionarios a los miembros de las MYPES. Asi mismo, se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados: 1) En la dimensión de formalización MYPE, los encuestados contestaron con mayor incidencia la opción 1 (SI), el 74% consideran que para formalizar la empresa tenían conocimiento y el 72% consideran que tuvieron interés para formalizar su empresa. 2) En la dimensión de recaudación fiscal, los encuestados contestaron con mayor incidencia la opción 1 (SI), el 84% consideran que cumplen con el pago de arbitrios y el 83% consideran que cumple con el pago en la SUNAT. 3) En la dimensión de eficiencia y eficacia, los encuestados contestaron con mayor incidencia la opción 1 (SI), el 83% consideran que sus ingresos por la venta de sus mercaderías son mayores que los gastos por la compra de mercaderías y el 81% consideran que se cumple con los objetivos de la empresa. 4) En la dimensión de desarrollo de la comunidad, los encuestados contestaron con mayor incidencia la opción 1 (SI), el 77% consideran que los parques y jardines están permanentemente en mantenimiento y el 76% consideran que existe ampliación de pistas y veredas. Asimismo, se obtuvo la siguiente conclusión. Los emprendedores (MYPES) cumplen con sus obligaciones tributarias, consecuentemente contribuyen en el desarrollo social del Distrito de Los Olivos.

The objective of this thesis was to know if the formalization of commercial MYPES and the tax collection is related to the development of the Los Olivos District community. In this sense, 113 questionnaires were applied to the members of the MYPES. Likewise, the following results were obtained: 1) In the MYPE formalization dimension, the respondents answered with greater incidence option 1 (SI), 74% considered that to formalize the company they had knowledge and 72% considered that they had an interest to formalize your company. 2) In the fiscal collection dimension, respondents answered with greater incidence option 1 (SI), 84% consider that they comply with the payment of excise taxes and 83% consider that they comply with the payment in the SUNAT. 3) In the dimension of efficiency and effectiveness, the respondents answered with greater incidence option 1 (SI), 83% consider that their income from the sale of their merchandise is greater than the expenses for the purchase of merchandise and 81% They consider that the company's objectives are met. 4) In the dimension of community development, respondents answered with greater incidence option 1 (SI), 77% consider that parks and gardens are permanently in maintenance and 76% consider that there is an extension of tracks and trails. Also, the following conclusion was obtained. Entrepreneurs (MYPES) comply with their tax obligations, consequently contributing to the social development of Los Olivos District.
