The present investigation had as objective to determine if the improvement of the process of management of solid waste collection influences the fulfillment of the administrative objectives in the Public Cleaning Assistant of the district of San Martin de Porres, for this I request the support of experts of the subject In study and the collection of specialized bibliography. The study had a quantitative approach of basic or pure type, descriptive and explanatory level, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The sample was made up of 80 employees of the Public Cleaning Sub-Management. The instrument consisted of a survey form containing 17 closed-type questions. According to the fieldwork, it was possible to determine that the improvement of the process of management of solid waste collection influences the fulfillment of the administrative objectives in the Public Cleaning Department of the district of San Martin de Porres. Where most of the respondents indicated that solid waste management is carried out positively by the Public Cleaning Sub-Management and that in general the objectives proposed since the beginning of the fiscal year are met, that there are problems and are solved immediately
