The objective of this research study is to determine the level of work stress in the workers of the company YD Computer EIRL, of Cercado de Lima, Department of Lima, in the period 2019. This thesis concerns a descriptive research study, with a quantitative approach according to the data handled. The design of the present study is non-experimental. The company YD Computer EIRL, is a small company comprised entirely by 40 workers, mostly young people who do not reach 40 years, for the same reason the sample is taken based on the total population, to work sample information was extracted through a survey composed of 25 questions. The instrument used was a psychometric test Scale of Stress Appreciation, EAE, which evaluates seven dimensions: organizational climate, organizational structure, organizational territory, technology, influence of the leader, technology, lack of cohesion and group support. The conclusion reached with this research was that the work stress in the workers of the company YD COMPUTER is of high level, according to the results obtained from the group, it is observed that half of the total workers perceive the work stress as high 50%, 43% consider it moderate, and another minimum percentage 8% considers it low. This brings the result of all the dimensions, where a very minimal percentage is observed with a low level of stress.
