The New Millennium Savings and Credit Cooperative, a company dedicated to providing nonbanking financial services to a broad portfolio of clients, operates in person and other transactions through banks, is under the need to solve the problems that are constantly arising in the company, as regards its IT equipment, their disconnections from their data network and the deficiencies that exist in their support systems which are caused by having an area of systems that is not in the best conditions to operate properly, because their Facilities infrastructure is deficient and does not meet technical aspects to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment they host in this area so that they constantly present falls in their services and applications affecting the business continuity. The purpose of this research work was to solve these problems by proposing the design of a Data Center based on the good practices, recommendations and suggestions of the ANSI/BICSI-002-2014 standard. The results obtained in the validations carried out indicated that the design of the Data Center complies with the established objectives and guarantee the functioning of the services and applications of the New Millennium cooperative.
