El Clima escolar que perciben los estudiantes del Colegio Mayor Secundario Presidente del Perú –COAR Lima, periodo 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo determinarel niveldel clima escolar que perciben los estudiantes del Colegio Mayor Secundario Presidente del Perú – COAR Lima, periodo 2018. El estudio es de tipo descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y con un enfoque cuantitativo de acuerdo al manejo de los datos. La población está comprendida por 860 estudiantes de tercero, cuarto y quinto año de nivel secundaria del Colegio Mayor Secundario Presidente del Perú – COAR Lima, ubicado en el Centro vacacional Huampaní, durante el periodo 2018-II.La muestra está está constituida por 205 estudiantes de nivel secundaria del Colegio Mayor Secundario Presidente del Perú, la cual se determinó aplicando la técnica del muestreo aleatorio simple y aplicando la técnica de corrección por finitud. La técnica empleada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario elaborado para medirel clima escolar, el cual fue validado y sometido a la prueba de confiabilidad. Estableciendo como conclusión que el nivel de clima escolar percibido por los estudiantes del COAR es favorable en un 79%, lo cual determina que existe un ambiente escolar agradable donde quienes la conforman pueden desenvolverse con normalidad y orientados hacia el crecimiento personal.

The objective of this research work is to determine the level of school climate perceived by the students of the Presidential High School of Peru - COAR Lima, period 2018. The study is of a descriptive type, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and with a quantitative approach according to the handling of the data. The population is comprised of 860 third, fourth and fifth year high school students of the Presidential High School of Peru - COAR Lima, located in the Huampaní resort, during the 2018-II period. The sample is constituted by 205 high school students of the Presidential High School of the President of Peru, which was determined by applying the technique of simple random sampling and applying the technique of correction by finitude. The technique used for data collection was the survey and the instrument was a questionnaire designed to measure school climate, which was validated and subjected to the reliability test. Establishing as a conclusion that the level of school climate perceived by the students of the COAR is favorable by 79%, which determines that there is a pleasant school environment where those who conform can develop normally and oriented towards personal growth.
