The objective of this research is to determine the level of service quality perceived by the clients of Hotel Thiago in the province of Chincha, department of Ica - period 2019. The study corresponds to a descriptive, basic level research with a focus quantitative according to the handling of the data. The research design is non-experimental and crosssectional. The universe of the population is made up of 100 clients of the Hotel Thiago who attended during the last week of February of the period 2019, the sample was unintentional and probabilistic found by the technique of simple random sampling; establishing as a sample group 76 clients who attended the Hotel Thiago. The technique used for the collection of information was the survey and the instrument used was the Service Quality Questionnaire, based on the SERVQUAL model. The results obtained predominantly showed that in the dimension tangible elements there is an adequate level in 50%, in reliability in 61% a very adequate level, in the response capacity in a 51% at an adequate level, in security in 53% a level adequate and empathetic at 50% an adequate level. Concluding that the quality of the service perceived by the clients of Hotel Thiago in 51% is given at the appropriate level, followed by 43% who perceive it at a very adequate level; demonstrating the efficiency and compliance with the promises offered by the company to its customers, which gives them a satisfaction above their expectations.
