Abstract

La investigación realizada y que ponemos a consideración es para comprobar la importancia de realizar capacitaciones al personal como parte de las mejoras en su desempeño, como es que el aprendizaje constante los ayudará a mejorar su efectividad (eficacia + eficaz), sin dejar de lado la continua evaluación al mismo personal al que se le impartirá la capacitación, no solo para saber en qué nivel se encuentran sino también para saber dónde requiere mayor refuerzo y así lograr los objetivos trazados.

The research carried out and put to consideration is to verify the importance of training staff as part of the improvements in their performance, as constant learning will help them to improve their effectiveness (efficiency + effectiveness), without neglecting the Continuous evaluation to the same personnel that will be given the training, not only to know at what level they are but also to know where it requires greater reinforcement and thus to achieve the objectives outlined.
