Influencia del liderazgo del oficial instructor en el dominio afectivo del perfil profesional de formación del oficial PNP

Abstract

Esta investigación está relacionada con la influencia que el liderazgo del oficial instructor tiene en el dominio afectivo de los Cadetes de la Escuela de Oficiales de la Policía Nacional. El objetivo es definir si el oficial instructor tiene características y comportamientos que pertenecen al líder y cómo estas características tienen influencia en los oficiales de policía en su etapa formativa. El liderazgo y su influencia sobre los estudiantes de la Escuela de Oficiales de la Policía Nacional del Perú, se midió con un cuestionario acerca de las principales características relacionadas con el comportamiento de un líder y el nivel de logro que muestran los estudiantes de la escuela de oficiales de Policía en cada una de las competencias que pertenecen al dominio afectivo de su perfil profesional; esta herramienta se aplicó a doscientos quince estudiantes el 5 de Setiembre de 2016. El resultado de la investigación muestra que las características de liderazgo de un oficial instructor tienen influencia positiva en los oficiales de policía en la etapa formativa, en consecuencia, esta información es útil para seleccionar los oficiales de policía que tienen habilidades para ser instructores en las escuelas de formación, especialmente en la escuela de Oficiales de Policía del Perú

This investigation is related to the influence that leadership from instructor officer has on the affective domain from students who belong to Officers School of National Police. The aim is to define if the instructor officer has features and behavior that belong to leader and how these characteristics have influence on Police Officers on their formative stage. The leadership and its influence on students was measured with a questionnaire about the main characteristics related to the behaviour from a leader and the level of achievement that show the students from Police Officers' School at each one the competences that belong to the affective domain from their professional profile; this tool was applied to two hundred and fifteen students on 5th of Setember 2016. The result of investigation shows that the leadership characteristics from a instructor officer has positive influence on Police Officers at formative stage, consequently, this information is useful to select Police Officers who have skills to be instructors at formation schools, specially at Police Officers school of Peru.
