he objective was to determine the relationship between basic dimensions of Personality and the academic achievement levels of the students of the Professional Academic School of Psychology of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Norbert Wiener University. The design was descriptive correlational. The population (No. 166) was homogeneous of the census type and a simple random sampling was selected. We used the Eysenck and Eysenck Personality Inventory. To measure the academic performance, the records of Norbert Wiener University were used. Using the Pearson chi-square statistical test and the significance test with an error level of 0.05. Results were found that the academic performance of the students is low in 59.5%, there is a 52.6% of extroverted students and 59.5% of students Stable students. Finally, it is demonstrated that the basic dimension of Personality, "E" Scale (Introversion - Extroversion) if it is significantly related to the level of Academic Performance in students, observing that the highest percentage are in the low level with 59.5% , While 40.5% obtained higher scores, where it was shown that there is no significant relationship between the "N" Stability - Instability Scale and Academic Performance in the students of the Professional Academic School of Psychology of Norbert Wiener University.
