The present academical research have had as an objective to determine the relationship that exists between cultural factors and the compliance of the breastfeeding from the teenage mothers at Fernando Lores Tenazoa Health Center, Iquitos 2019. The method was descriptive, quantitative type and correlational design. The population consisted by 52 teenagers. Also, as an instrument it has been used the questionnaire that was validated by experts judges who approved and, also, called as applicable, besides the Cronbach's Alpha showed a strong reliability of 0.848 and 0.842. In addition, as the results it obtained the the 61.5% of the mothers have a good level in relation to the variable of cultural factors, the 61.5% have a good level in relation to to the variable compliance of the breastfeeding. So, it concluded that exist a significant relationship between Cultural Factors and the compliance of the breastfeeding, according to Spearman's correlation of 0.819. Therefore, it suggested to the nurses who are in charged of the Health Center to coordinate preventives activities that are focused to the associations from the community to encourage the exclusivity of the breastfeeding from the mothers as a resource to decrease the infant morbidity and mortality rates.
