Cuidado de enfermería en salud ocupacional a personal enfermero que labora en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Naval Lima 2018

Abstract

La presión continua del entorno laboral del sector salud, ocasiona varias complicaciones en el bienestar del personal enfermero, evidenciándose con estrés, cansancio y reducido nivel compromiso como de proactividad. Este trabajo académico se realizó a una enfermera que labora en el servicio de cuidados intensivos quirúrgicos del Centro Médico Naval, con el objetivo de identificar las necesidades afectadas y realizar las intervenciones para lograr satisfacerlas, y conservar su salud. Se utilizó la teoría de Promoción de salud y autocuidado, efectuándose una valoración por Dominios, diagnósticos de Enfermería NANDA identificando 5 diagnósticos reales y 1 de riesgo, intervenciones en enfermería NOC, y resultados esperados NIC, cuya información propició el desarrollo de un plan orientado al resguardo del bienestar referente a las necesidades registradas en la paciente. Asimismo, los resultados manifiestan que las intervenciones planificadas se concretaron con éxito en conformidad con los periodos expuestos en la meta prevista.

The continuous pressure of the work environment of the health sector, causes several complications in the well-being of the nursing staff, evidencing itself with stress, fatigue, reduced level of commitment as well as proactivity. This academic work was carried out by a nurse who works in the surgical intensive care service of the Naval Medical Center, with the objective of identifying the affected needs and carrying out the interventions to achieve them, and to preserve their health. The theory of Promotion of health and self-care was used, making a valuation by Domains, diagnoses of NANDA Nursing identifying 5 real diagnoses and 1 of risk, interventions in nursing NOC, and expected results NIC, whose information propitiated the development of a plan oriented to Welfare protection referring to the needs registered in the patient. Likewise, the results show the planned interventions were successfully completed in accordance with the periods set forth in the planned goal.
