Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general conocer si la normativa sobre contrataciones iguales o inferiores a ocho (08) Unidades Impositivas Tributarias influye en el cumplimiento de plazos para el pago a proveedores en el Ministerio del Interior. El presente trabajo de investigación, está enmarcado dentro del tipo de investigación aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo ya que describe, explica la influencia o relación entre las variables de investigación en la realidad concreta del universo.

The present investigation had as general objective to know if the regulation on contractions equal or inferior to eight (08) Tax Units influences the fulfillment of deadlines for the payment in the Ministry of the Interior. The present work of research, is framed within the type of applied research, of quantitative approach since it describes, explains the influence or relation between the variables of investigation in the concrete reality of the universe
