La responsabilidad notarial en la legalización de firmas y expedición de copias certificadas en actas de asamblea general convocadas por miembro elegido sin inscripción en los registros públicos

Abstract

El objetivo general de la tesis fue de determinar si la responsabilidad del Notario, influye en el servicio de legalización de firma y expedición de copias certificadas en actas de asamblea general convocadas por miembro elegido sin inscripción en los Registros Públicos. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el tipo explicativo y un diseño expost – facto, la población objeto estuvo conformado por 50 personas, entre las cuales hubo abogados, y público en general. El tamaño de la muestra con la que se trabajó finalmente fue de 20 personas. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos tenemos al cuestionario que fue validado por expertos, que realizaron la evaluación con el grado de Doctores. La prueba estadística utilizada fue chi cuadrado y el margen de error utilizado fue 0.05 Finalmente, se concluyó que la Responsabilidad Notarial influye favorablemente en la legalización de firmas y expedición de copias certificadas en actas de asamblea general convocadas por miembro elegido sin inscripción en los Registros Públicos.

The general objective of the thesis was to determine if the responsibility of the Notary, influences the signature legalization service and issuance of certified copies in minutes of general assembly convened by elected member without registration in the Public Registries. The explanatory type and an explanatory design were used to reach this objective, the target population consisted of 50 people, among whom were lawyers, and the general public. The sample size with which it was finally worked was 20 people. Regarding the data collection instrument we have the questionnaire that was validated by experts, who made the evaluation with the degree of Doctors. The statistical test used was chi square and the margin of error used was 0.05 Finally, it was concluded that the Notarial Responsibility favorably influences the legalization of signatures and the issuance of certified copies in the minutes of a general assembly convened by elected members without registration in the Public Registries.
