The research entitled Relationship of Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction in Business Almapo SRL. Castilla district, province of Piura, Piura – 201 4, whose main objective is to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among workers in the company Almapo SRL Castilla district, province of Piura, department of Piura . We used to achieve that objective deductive, inductive and descriptive method and a non-experimental design. The instrument used was the test of Kolmogorov Smirnov normality to measure both variables, the survey also applied to the entire working population holding company Almapo SRL, which consists of 61 persons.Regarding the data collection instrument we have to survey consisted of 34 items of closed type, the same as were emptied into boxes where the frequencies and percentages were calculated, complemented by the analysis and interpretation of results which show a positive relationship between organizational climate with each of the indicators of job satisfaction. For organizational climate variable, the following results were obtained: 44.3% in self-realization, work engagement 50.8% 45.9% Monitoring, communication and finally 42.6% 42.6% in working conditions. The relationship between the variables, using the Cronbach's alpha for measuring test items regarding a significant relationship was obtained; and was, in physical and material conditions 0.467, employee benefits and / or remunerative 0.412 in administrative policies 0.570 0.302 and Social Relations, Personal Development 0.354, 0.744 and Task Performance in Relation to the authority of 0.137. Finally it concluded and recommended that there is a close relationship between organizational climate variable and job satisfaction also the alternative hypothesis which states this relationship as the objectives were validated.
