The present investigation has like general objective to determine the level of adaptation of conduct of the students of the secondary level of the educational institution N ° 7213 Peruvian Japanese, Villa El Salvador. The study corresponds to a descriptive research, with a quantitative approach. The design used is non-experimental and cross-sectional. The population consisted of 40 adolescent students of ages between 14 and 17 years old. The technique for collecting the information was the survey and the applied instrument was the Behavior Adaptation Inventory (IAC). The results indicate that in the Personal Dimension, 45% of the students have obtained a medium level; followed by the Family dimension, in which 55% of the students have obtained a Low level; Regarding the Educational Dimension, 87.5% of the students show a medium level; likewise, in the Social Dimension, 57.5% express a low level. Finally, it is established as a conclusion that: The level of adaptation predominant in the students of educational institution No. 7213 Peruvian Japanese, reaches the "low level", which represents 60% of the sample; which is due to conflicts with the environment or the existence of unstable behavior.
