This thesis general objective was to determine the influence of organizational climate on job performance of the employees of the Taurus Group company, at its headquarters in Lima - Peru. The level of research was explanatory, type applied and method ex-post facto. The universe was formed by 120 collaborators, the studied population was 120 collaborators and sample of 75 contributors selected through simple random sampling to 95% of reliability. The instrument used to measure the organizational environment variable was used (WES) questionnaire consisting of 90 questions structured by ten factors, involvement, cohesion, support, autonomy, organization, pressure, clarity, control, innovation, comfort. For the variable performance of the scale of assessment of performance, was used to measure production, quality, knowledge of work, cooperation, understanding, creativity, relationship, professional advancement, compliance, timeliness and health in relation to job performance. For testing hypotheses used Spearman Rho correlation statistical test and test of significance with a level of error of 0.01, finding the following results: It was found that the dimensions of organizational climate: involvement, autonomy and innovation have a positive influence on the work performance of employees of the company Taurus Group.
