Estrategias de afrontamiento en padres con hijos con trastorno del espectro autista de la “Asociación de padres y amigos de personas con autismo – ASPAU” del distrito de San Miguel

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es de tipo descriptivo, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental. El objetivo general es determinar el nivel de las estrategias de afrontamiento en padres con hijos con trastorno espectro autista de “La Asociación de padres y amigos de personas con autismo – ASPAU” del distrito de San Miguel. La muestra probabilística la conforma 50 padres de hijos con TEA (Trastorno Espectro Autista) que asisten a la Asociación de padres y amigos de personas con trastorno del espectro autista ASPAU, ubicado en el distrito de San Miguel y que accedan voluntariamente a responder al cuestionario Inventario de Estrategias de Afrontamiento (CSI). La información fue procesada con los programas: SPSS v.23 y MS Excel 2016. Como resultado se obtuvo un Nivel “Muy alto” de 38,0%, indicando que los padres poseen un buen nivel de afrontamiento y adecuación frente a estresores y conflictivos que encuentran en su vida.

This research work is descriptive, quantitative approach and nonexperimental design. The general objective is to determine the level of coping strategies in parents with children with autism spectrum disorder of “The Association of Parents and Friends of People with Autism - ASPAU” of the San Miguel district. The probabilistic sample is made up of 50 parents of children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) who attends the Association of parents and friends of people with ASPAU autism spectrum disorder, located in the San Miguel district and who voluntarily agreed to answer the Inventory questionnaire of Coping Strategies (CSI). The information was processed with the programs: SPSS v.23 and MS Excel 2016. As a result, a “Very High” Level of 38.0% was obtained, indicating that parents have a good level of confrontation and adaptation to stressors and conflicts He finds in his life.
