Motivación y satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores administrativos estables de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega

Abstract

La investigación titulada MOTIVACIÓN Y SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL DE LOS TRABAJADORES ADMINISTRATIVOS ESTABLES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD INCA GARCILASO DE LA VEGA , tiene como objetivo determinar cómo se relaciona la motivación con la satisfacción laboral en los trabajadores administrativos estables pertenecientes a la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método deductivo, inductivo y descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo se aplicó la encuesta a una población constituida por 497 trabajadores estables de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó finalmente con 217 personas. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos tenemos a la encuesta que constó de 28 ítems de tipo cerrado, los mismos que se vaciaron en cuadros en donde se calcularon las frecuencias y porcentajes, complementándose con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo cual nos permitió contrastar las hipótesis. Finalmente se concluyó y recomendó en estrecha relación con los problemas, objetivos e hipótesis planteadas

The research entitled MOTIVATION AND JOB SATISFACTION OF WORKERS ADMINISTRATIVE COLLEGE STABLE Garcilaso de la Vega, aims to determine how motivation is related to job satisfaction in stable administrative workers belonging to the University Garcilaso de la Vega. It was used for that purpose deductive, inductive and descriptive method and a non-experimental design also surveyed a population comprised of 497 regular workers at the University Garcilaso de la Vega, was applied to calculate the sample size was worked finally with 217 people. Regarding the data collection instrument we have the survey consisted of 28 items closed type, the same as were emptied into boxes where the frequencies and percentages were calculated, complemented by the analysis and interpretation of results, which we allowed the hypotheses. Finally concluded and recommended closely with the problems, objectives and hypotheses.
