The main objetive of the present investigation was to determine if the Human Talent Management is related to the levels of Labor Performance of the workers of the Medium and Large Industrial Companies of Metropolitan Lima. The independent variable is Human Talent Management (dimensions: Selection and Recruitment, Hiring, Training, Management of Performance Evaluation and Contracting); the dependent variable is work performance (dimensions: personal capacity, responsibility, ability to work as a team). The population is integrated by the managers and administrators of medium and large who work in the industrial companies of Metropolitan Lima, which as a whole integrated 731 workers. The final sample for the investigation was composed of 252 workers from the Medium and Large Industrial Companies of Metropolitan Lima. The technique used in the data collection was the survey, whose instrument was the questionnaire with 16 items (Likert scale type). The applied instrument was submitted to expert judgment to verify its validity. To test hypotheses, the Spearman Rho nonparametric statistical test was used. The research addressed the importance of good management of human talent management to guarantee job performance. The study focused on the industrial companies of Metropolitan Lima, but the results can be systematized to other areas, taking into account that the problems and limitations found in the management of human talent tend to be recurrent in other organizations, evidence of this can be found in the aforementioned background. The study showed that the management of human talent is positively related to the labor performance of workers in the industrial companies of Metropolitan Lima.
