La inversión pública y privada en el desarrollo de la infraestructura de salud en el periodo: 2000-2014

Abstract

En esa línea, resulta importante expresar que para el desarrollo de la presente investigación se empleó el método descriptivo, analítico y correlacional. El Universo, del cual nace esta investigación lo constituye la información estadística brindada a través de anuarios y memorias de instituciones como: Ministerio de Salud, Seguro Social de Salud-Essalud, Banco Central de Reserva del Perú, Organización Panamericana de la Salud, Organización Mundial de la Salud, Proinversion, Universidad del Pacifico, Universidad ESAN, Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas e Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática entre otras Instituciones. Nuestra muestra de estudio comprende el periodo: 2000-2014. Nuestra investigación, fue de tipo aplicada y cuantitativa, así mismo y gracias a la estimación de Mínimos Cuadrados Ordinarios (CMO) se determinó un modelo de regresión lineal múltiple, mostrando un coeficiente de regresión el cual evidencia una alta correlación existente entre la Inversión Pública, Privada y el Desarrollo de la Infraestructura de Salud, durante los años 2000-2014. El resultado de la investigación fue que: La Inversión Pública y Privada influyeron favorablemente en el desarrollo de la Infraestructura de Salud Peruana (crowding in) en el Periodo: 2000-2014

In this line, it is important to express that for the development of the present investigation the descriptive, analytical and correlational method was used. The Universe, from which this research is born, is the statistical information provided through annuals and reports of institutions such as: Ministry of Health, Social Security of Health-Essalud, Central Reserve Bank of Peru, Pan American Health Organization, World Organization of Health, Proinversion, University of the Pacific, ESAN University, Ministry of Economy and Finance and National Institute of Statistics and Informatics among other Institutions. Our sample of study includes the period: 2000-2014. Our research was of an applied and quantitative type, and thanks to the estimation of Ordinary Least Squares (CMO) we determined a multiple linear regression model, showing a regression coefficient which shows a high correlation between Public Investment, Private and the Development of Health Infrastructure, during the years 2000-2014. The result of the investigation was that: Public and Private Investment favorably influenced the Development of the Peruvian Health Infrastructure (crowding in) in the Period: 2000-2014
