The present doctoral thesis of quantitative, applied, explanatory and longitudinal approach, whose main objective is to measure the influence of the implementation of Lean Six Sigma in the productivity of a production SME under a methodological proposal that adapts the Lean Six Sigma methodology to the Pymes of Peru, this adaptation is based on the articles by Heriberto Felizzola and Carmenza Luna, as well as Edgar Barbosa, who present a similar adaptation in Chile and Mexico respectively. In addition, the theoretical foundations of the authors Humberto Gutiérrez, Kenneth Shere and Thomas Pyzdeck are used. The population and the sample are equal therefore the research is of a pre-experimental type, the population is constituted by the information collected from the production area daily and consolidated weekly for 12 weeks. The collection techniques were observation and documentary analysis. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 25 Software, with which the general and specific hypotheses were tested. In conclusion, it was determined that the implementation of Lean Six Sigma positively influences the productivity of a production SME with an increase of 22.87%, in addition the sigma level of the production process was raised from 2.09 to 3.00 and the value ratio was increased added from 0.64 to 1.4.
