Factores sociodemográficos y cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación en niños menores de un año, Puesto de Salud de Chullcuisa, Andahuaylas, 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los factores sociodemográficos y el cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación en los niños menores de un año del Puesto de Salud de Chullcuisa, Andahuaylas, 2018. El método utilizado fue el cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, diseño correlacional y de corte transversal. La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 103 madres. Se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario, siendo validado por jueces de expertos y que a través de la prueba de Alfa de Cronbach se obtuvo una confiabilidad y viabilidad fuerte de 0.888 y 0.879 respectivamente. En los resultaros el 22.3% de las madres encuestadas presentan un nivel bueno con respecto a la variable factores sociodemográficos, el 69.9% presenta un nivel regular y un 7.8% un nivel malo, también se evidencia con respecto a la variable cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación, que el 65% presentan un nivel bueno el 32% un nivel regular y el 2.9% un nivel malo. Concluyéndose que la variable factores sociodemográficos está relacionada directa y positivamente con el variable cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación, según correlación de Spearman de 0.842. Se recomendó a la enfermera del Articulado Nutricional, coordinar con los responsables de la estrategia sanitaria de vacunación, crecimiento y desarrollo para implementar estrategias orientadas al fortalecimiento de la salud integral y vacunación de los menores de un año.

The present academically research have has as an objective to determine the relationship that exists between sociodemographic factors and the compliance of the vaccination charts on children under one year old at the Chullcuisa Health Center in Andahuaylas, 2018. The method used was quantitative, descriptive type, correlation design and transversals cut. Also, the study sample consisted by 103 mothers of children under one year old. In addition, for data collection it has been used the questionnaire which were validated by experts judges and, besides, through the Cronbach’ Alpha test obtained a strong reliability and validity of 0.888 to 0.879 respectively. The results showed that the 22.3% of the mothers have a good level in relation to the variable “Sociodemographic factors”, the 69.9% a regular level and the 7.8% a bad level, besides, it puts on evidence the variable “compliance of the vaccination charts “that the 65% have a good level, the 32% a regular level and the 2.9% a bad level. In conclusion, the variable sociodemographick factors is directly and positively related with the variable compliance of the vaccination charts, according to the 0.842 of Spearman. So, it suggests to the nurse from Nutritional Articulate to coordinate with the responsibilities of sanitary, development and growth strategies for implement strategies that are oriented to strengthening the vaccination on children under one years old and the integral health.
